Exercise4Life clinical training and Knowledge via conferences give a strong start for 2023

We believe that knowledge is key in structuring the service provided by the allied health teams.

Thus HUR Australia has been happy to support Dr Jennie Hewitt and her Exercise4Life training, based on her Sunbeam strength and balance program.

Exercise4Life – Sunbeam and Beyond Clinical Training Reaches Adelaide

With the courses in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane held to sold out audiences, Jennie has booked in more cities in her schedule. Adelaide is the next stop for the tour, with Perth and a few other cities to follow.

These are the last courses for 2023, and we strongly recommend that you book in early.

Sunbeam protocol is currently being used in hundreds of aged care facilities by many allied health providers. This clinical training designed by Jennie goes through the testing and training protocols, also including clinical case scenarios.

The bookings for Adelaide course to be held on Saturday, 15/4 are currently open.  Reserve your spot through this link:

Knowledge via Conferences

The conference year 2023 started last week with the Leaders Summit in Sydney. With 45 speakers, including Anika Wells, the Federal Minister for Aged Care and Sport, presenting to an audience of 550.

The feedback we heard was that it had been a great opportunity to learn and to share knowledge as well as it being lovely to catch up with old friends.

We were thrilled at the amount of interest in HUR Australia products, both from aged care providers and from retirement living operators.

Hopefully this translates into more gyms with age-appropriate equipment and from there into stronger, healthier and happier residents. There seems to be a growing understanding of the benefits of having fit and healthy residents, for the residents themselves of course, but also for the business itself.

Long may this continue.
